Moderation Standards

At Hootvox We believe quality and trusted customer reviews will help people to make their informed purchase decisions.

1. We publish all reviews, the good and the bad. Provided we are satisfied that a review is relevant, and complies with our “comments policy”.

2. We will not remove reviews at the request of our members except where there are serious concerns regarding our “comments policy”.

3. Our members do have a right to reply, and when feedback is left by a business it will be clear that this is not a review, but the comments of our member on behalf of his or her business.

4. Our moderation is impartial, and does not favour one party over another.

5. Reviews published on Hootvox are checked by industry standard profanity filters.

6. Reviews left on Hootvox will normally be published within five working days.
